Same fee for rehires
The same formula applies whether it's a first hire or a rehire via your Previously Hired tab. This ensures newer candidates are never penalised for being new.
Pay before reveal
Payment happens via Stripe Checkout before the hiring request is sent. If a candidate declines, you're refunded the fee in full.
